Online registration for the NCAFP Spring Family Physicians Weekend (April 12-15, 2012) is now available. The conference is returning to beautiful North Charleston, SC, and will present over 20 AAFP Prescribed credits. Two SAMs Study Working Groups will be presented (Diabetes and Preventive Care), along with a number of optional workshops. The Spring meeting is also GOING GREEN and most attendee educational materials (syllabus and slides) will be available exclusively online.
